About Finlay: David Edward Finlay, Jr. was born on January 31, 1959 in Greenisland, County Antrim, Northern Ireland. Finlay made his debut in World Championship Wrestling (WCW) in 1995 with a name as The Belfast Bruiser. Finlay won World Championship Wrestling belt on May 4, 1998 by defeating Booker T. But unluckily he lost his Championship belt to Booker T at The Great American Bash on June 4, 1998. This fighting Irishman made his debut in World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) on January 20, 2006. He made his first appearance in Smack Down against Jeff Hardy. Finlay was declared as United States Champion after he defeated Lashley. In 2007, Finlay was selected for Royal Rumble. He started his match against “Nature Boy” Ric Flair but unfortunately he was eliminated by Shawn Michaels. In 2008, he was drafted to ECW Brand. About his personnel life, Finlay’s father and grandfather were great wrestlers and his sister was a referee. Finlay is a father of three children’s and is married to a German Woman.
